Our produce is available directly from the farm which means we can guarantee it is fresh and you know exactly where and how it has been produced. All of our vegetables (except maincrop potatoes and onions) that we sell in our shop are harvested no later than 24 hours before sale and most are harvested on the same day. We carefully select our vegetable varieties to make sure that only the tastiest ones are grown. As well as ensuring a high level of welfare for all our animals, we are keeping only traditional breeds of sheep and chickens which are best suited to a free-range system and taste significantly better than modern breeds which tend to be farmed intensively indoors.
